I see the warning “No output pages printed” in my Audit Trail. What does this mean?

The message means that your HIS send PW a message that it is programmed to print forms for but nothing actually printed. In PW each form or ‘output page’ is configured with conditions under which a form or forms are printed such as patient types or hospital service. The warning means that for all the ‘output pages’ you have in PW none on the conditions to print were met so nothing printed. In this case you would want to review the message sent to PW and verify the conditions for the forms you think should have been printed. You will find that either the message from the HIS or ‘output page’ conditions are not what you though they were or perhaps should be.
