How to install a PatientWorks Workstation

A PatientWorks workstation is any PC that connects to the PatientWorks server. These machines are typically ones that have any combination of PatientWorks Print Manager, Patient Data Manager, Input Manager, Forms Designer, Workflow Studio, and Server Administrator.
