==Typical responses to questions about change orders==
===Project Management Charges:===
====What do these charges include (please detail)?====
Project Management time includes:
- the time involved to test each of your workflows (including all packets, logic, and output pages) in our testing & development environment
- replicating your existing functionality and implementing it around the changes in this version of PatientWorks
- installing and configuring the test server with the changes we have made
- duplicating that work on the production server when the time comes for go-live.
- organization and management of print logic
====Is there a potential that not all 24 hours will be used?====
No, a specific amount of time is allocated based on our past experience with other upgrades and similar workflows as your own. We have set this to a specific number of hours to reflect this, and as long as the scope does not change – we will allocate as many hours as necessary to get the job done, but you will not be billed for overage.
====If so, will there be credit for the hours not used?====
N/A
===On-site training v/s Web===
====What major changes should we expect in the upgrade (with regards to the parts of the product that we currently use)?====
Print Routing has been significantly changed to include printer groups and a more robust method of handling stock type configs. This will explicitly be necessary for the implementer to review and adjust your logic as necessary. Additional changes include a revamped Print Manager and several adjustments to GDI and PCL printer alignments in our Job Server; each form needs to be tested and adjusted as necessary.
====Can these changes be instructed through the web, rather than on-site?====
Yes, however it is highly recommended that training is offered on-site as the quality and depth of the training is much higher than that of a simple web training exercise. Web training is typically offered as a follow-up or a refresher after an on-site training trip.
====If so, what are the recommended hours via the web?====
If the decision were made to remove any on-site training, we would need to review your goals for training based on the web before assessing the amount of time necessary to meet those goals.
